At 4:44 p.m., Washington Township Police said they responded to a harassment complaint on the 100 block of W. Washington Avenue in Washington Borough. Upon the officer's arrival and investigation, a man was arrested and charged with terrorist threats, harassment, disorderly unlawful possession of a knife and unlawful possession of a stun gun, police said in a release on Facebook.
The man, a Washington resident who was not identified, was processed and lodged in the Warren County jail, police said.
